How we work

From oversight to foresight – building confidence in every decision

Every engagement begins with clarity: defining outcomes, aligning leadership intent and simplifying delivery. We apply evidence-based insight and decades of executive experience to transform oversight into foresight – enabling  boards and shareholders to anticipate disruption rather than react to it.

Our approach is human-centred, people and data-driven, and outcome-led. We combine analytical precision with operational empathy, ensuring recommendations are practical, measurable and sustainable.

Why Stratos 12

Stratos 12 partners have led from within the industry – from running airlines and resolving crises to delivering transformation under real-world pressure.

That perspective gives Stratos 12 a rare ability to identify root causes quickly, integrate people and process, and drive results that endure. We deliver outcomes.
